Sigma Delta Pi Adviser

Dr. Beatriz Walker is originally from Montevideo, Uruguay and she is a professor in the Language & Literature Department at Abilene Christian University. She generates enthusiasm, scholarship, and love for language to her students. She encourages them to join Sigma Delta Pi and to Study Abroad in Uruguay. Thanks to her outstanding effort and work, Omega Gamma chapter of Sigma Delta Pi has been named an "Honor Chapter" for three consecutive years! Dr. Walker was also selected for the 2014 Minaya Álvar Fáñez Award, granted annually to Sigma Delta Pi's chapter adviser of the year!
